A Legal 500 firm in Woking is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded and busy team. 

Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity etc

- Provide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and trainees

Requirements:

- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with ideally 3+ years of PQE

- Proven expertise in conveyancing matters

- Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence

You will benefit from a low-target and low-pressure environment that focuses on providing high-quality work for their clients.
