We have direct instructions on an exciting new Corporate role with an international firm. This is a general Corporate role with high-end M&A and general corporate work for an established client base. Whilst working on high-end deals and with the cachet of an international firm, the firm has a distinctive, supportive client base and culture alongside reasonable hours targets, which makes this an exciting opportunity for a City Lawyer seeking a different type of firm.

This is a very broad-based corporate role, which will encompass high-value M&A, JVs, venture capital and all manner of general corporate work. The client base includes major corporates as well as SMEs and UHNWs.

We will consider Lawyers with ideally between two and four years' PQE, and a stable career record at leading or other top 50 London firm(s). Solid technical experience in corporate law and good all-round personal skills are essential.

To discuss this role and your current situation confidentially, please contact Philip Jennings, Director.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.

Jameson Legal acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
