Senior Private Funds Lawyer, 6-9 PQE, Global Law Firm, London

Our client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking a senior funds lawyer to join their expanding London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and work on a diverse and high-quality caseload.

The role involves advising the firm's premium client base on a broad range of private funds matters. These include formation and regulatory issues across various asset classes, such as real estate, private credit, private equity, and venture capital funds.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the lead partner in the development and growth of the funds team in London. Candidates will therefore need to demonstrate hands-on experience and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision. Our client is looking for a commercially minded lawyer who is keen to engage in business development initiatives and take the lead on existing client matters.

The ideal candidate will be qualified in England and Wales or another common law jurisdiction, with 6-9 years PQE gained within a recognised UK funds team. They should have a strong track record in private funds, an excellent academic background, and a stable career history.
