A local authority based in North-West London is seeking a Planning Lawyer on a permanent basis.
The salary range for the role is £52,116-£55,155 per annum.
The contractual hours are 36 hours per week and will require office attendance 3 days per week.
The role:
The Planning Lawyer will be required to have experience in the following areas:
- S.106 agreements S.278 agreements CPO matters Ability to draft and negotiate a number of planning agreements Planning appeals Attendance at planning committees circa. once per month.
Essential requirements:
The successful Planning Lawyer will possess:
- A current practising certificate (either as a Barrister, Solicitor or Legal Executive). A can-do attitude with the confidence to carry a full caseload from the outset. Strong experience in all matters relating to Planning Law. Ability to anticipate problems and solve them accordingly. Must be dependable and self-reliant. Ideally have experience working within the public sector.
