SENIOR EMPLOYMENT LITIGATOR, 12 MONTHS FTC, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, BRISTOL, £40,000 - £60,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled employment litigator to join a dynamic firm, offering an attractive benefits package. JOB REF: 7739
•The client is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience managing a diverse caseload of employment law claims.
•You will manage a diverse range of employment claims, overseeing the process from the initial instruction through to the final hearing.
•The appointed litigator will be responsible for the supervision of other junior employment lawyers in the team and use your expertise to provide further support and guidance throughout the litigation process.
•A comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is essential.
•This is a full-time position offered on hybrid basis (3 days from home).
