Step into a dynamic role as a Senior Associate working for a leading litigation funder with a focus in the construction insolvency space. The role will span two areas of operations, pre-adjudication and adjudication. You will have oversight of a case list and ensure that debts and relevant information is being actively pursued in a timely manner, keeping internal systems up to date and assisting with case review and strategy. This role will offer the opportunity to run an adjudication caseload independently, reviewing contracts, drafting adjudication submissions and negotiating settlements.

Our client seeks an experienced litigation lawyer and whilst specific experience in construction or insolvency is not required, a background in handling high-volume litigation is expected. This role would suit someone from a smaller or regional law firm and is a fantastic chance to bring your expertise to a new environment and make a significant impact. Our client is known for fostering a supportive and progressive work culture, making it an excellent place to advance your career.

This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home with a requirement to be in the office, conveniently located in Central London, at least two days per week.
