An international Legal 500 firm is looking to appoint an EL/PL Fee Earner for the Manchester City Centre office.
Operating globally as a certified law firm, this is an exciting chance for legal professionals to step up the career ladder in commercial practice.
The Role
- Entering the defendant personal injury team as a Fee Earner
- Handling a caseload of fully litigated EL/PL files
- Handling Multi Track to Catastrophic Files valuing to Multi Million
- Independent caseload of Employers Liability and Public Liability files
- Collecting evidence for court, drafting witness statements, issuing proceedings
To be considered for this role, you must have law firm experience as a Personal Injury File Handler for litigated EL/PL files. We are open to Junior Associate to Chartered Legal Executives.
