Position: Private Client Solicitor (Contentious) (2 - 4 PQE)

What? 
A fantastic opportunity for a junior solicitor to join a renowned Contested Wills, Trusts, and Inheritance Disputes team, recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500. The role involves supporting senior fee earners and managing your own files, with strong potential for growth and development. 
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 PQE, supporting the Southwest team primarily from their Bath office.

• Assisting senior team members with delegated case tasks and meeting deadlines
• Managing your own caseload under supervision
• Building client relationships and managing expectations
• Supporting team business development and marketing activities

You 
You will be a qualified Solicitor, team-oriented, experienced in contested wills and probate (ACTAPS or working towards it preferred). Capable of managing own files with strong written, verbal, and client management skills. Committed to excellent client service and interested in business development and marketing.
