Property Litigation Solicitor

Our client is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Tier 1 rated team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to work for well known corporate clients and get involved in high value disputes.

Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

• Managing complex property litigation matters for large Corporate clients
• Providing expert advice to clients including developers, investors and management companies
• Work on your own caseload and support senior fee earners on large disputes
• Getting involved in marketing and business development
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and other parties

Profile

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have:

• Strong academics
• Completed a seat in property litigation or commercial litigation
• Solicitor between 0-2 years PQE
• An interest to work for a global law firm
• Ties to Leeds
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £63,000 - £70000 per year
• Pension contribution of 5%
