JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Lancashire
SALARY: c£55,000

THE ROLE:
• The successful solicitor will handle a diverse caseload, including commercial sales, purchases, leases, and development projects across a variety of sectors
• You will be providing guidance to clients on various commercial property matters, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and industry best practices
• You will be joining a number of high calibre professionals within this area of law who you will gain invaluable experience working alongside.

THE CANDIDATE:
• You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be adept in engaging with clients and other stakeholders
• Solicitors who pride themselves in providing outstanding levels of client care will be in a more advantageous position
• Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years PQE handling commercial property matters to a high standard
