This well known, successful and well-liked firm is seeking an experienced Planning Associate to join their highly regarded planning team..

The firm has a renowned planning function with the team advising on a range of big ticket developments, including large scale strategic schemes around energy and infrastructure, community levies and planning and highways projects. The work is of national renown.

In this role, you will work alongside a team of expert planning lawyers (L500/Chambers ranked individuals) advising on a range of matters relating to high quality planning and highways work, major mixed use and urban regeneration schemes, compulsory purchase, Section 106 and planning related land acquisition work.

You will be encouraged to develop relationships with clients, helping to raise the profile of the team locally and working as part of a successful wider Built-Environment offering which encompasses highly rated real estate, development and construction teams.

Ideally you are likely to have 1 years+ experience as a planning lawyer with another recognised commercial firm, although applications are welcomed from lawyers who are more (or less) experienced and this is a guide only.  This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious associate to achieve swift progression with a flexible and collegiate regional firm which really punches above its weight.
