Role Overview: They are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their esteemed team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, providing high-quality legal advice to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a variety of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, option agreements etc
- Advising clients on landlord and tenant matters.
- Managing development projects and related legal issues.
- Conducting due diligence and drafting relevant documentation.
- Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
