Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire

A well-established law firm is looking to expand its Private Client department and is seeking an experienced and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (5+ years PQE) or Legal Executive (5+ years) to join its thriving team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and inheritance tax issues
• Draft trust documents, powers of attorney, and other related legal documents
• Provide empathetic and sensitive client care, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Handle trusts and estates, offering expert guidance to clients on complex legal matters

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Extensive experience in handling a wide range of private client work
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with clients empathetically
• Ability to handle inheritance tax considerations, draft legal documents, and manage trusts
