An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing regional firm in its Wakefield office.
Role Overview:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, including:
- Sales and purchases of business premises
- Transactions involving agricultural land
- Buying and selling of registered and unregistered land
- Commercial landlord and tenant lease matters
Candidate Profile:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law
- Must be local to or able to commute to Barnsley
