A Legal 100 law firm is looking for a planning solicitor due to significant growth over the past few years. The department works across an impressive range of clients, including local authorities, developers, registered providers and corporate organisations.
The opportunity is open for a qualified solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join this dynamic and growing planning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a broad range of planning law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
- Supporting clients on planning appeals and compulsory purchase orders
- Negotiating planning agreements, providing highways and compulsory purchase advice, handling planning appeals and offering guidance on listed buildings, conservation areas, contaminated land and town green applications
