Location: City of London
Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Role overview: The firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its CLO Capital Markets team on a permanent basis. This role would suit an experienced Capital Markets Paralegal looking to work within a small team (3 paralegals), gaining high level experience within a challenging environment.
Key responsibilities:
Legal research and draftingProofread and draft transaction documentationAssist with closingAssist with filing and transaction document management
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous Capital Markets experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
