In-house Solicitor

Our client, in the catering world, are looking for a confident in-house solicitor to support their growing legal function from their office in Macclesfield. We are looking for someone around 2 years PQE with drive and interest in business services.

Description

Your key responsibility as part of the legal team will be to manage a caseload of commercial work and contracts to include complex drafting and negotiating with external suppliers and clients and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Profile

The successful In-house Solicitor will be 2 years PQE and have good commercial experience:

• Friendly, confident, self-starter with ambition to progress and develop within business.
• Experience of dealing with commercial contracts.
• Drafting and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of the hospitality and catering industry would be an advantage.
• Private practice or in-house solicitor experience.

Job Offer

A competitive salary £60-70k dependent on experience plus bonus, private health care and other benefits. There will also be the opportunity to develop within the role and grow with the team into a more senior position.
