Our client is looking to appoint a Real Estate Legal Director to join their growing Leeds team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Director to join a highly rated, growing Real Estate team who advise major corporates on their property portfolios.

Description
The Real Estate Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;
- Managing and overseeing a variety of commercial property matters.
- Running your own caseload of work including development, L & T, investment work
- Providing expert legal advice to clients a range of sectors from retail to logistics.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Ideally demonstrating some of your own contacts.
- Contributing to business development initiatives.
- Assisting in the development of junior team members.
Profile
The successful Real Estate Legal Director should have:
- A track record in Real Estate gained from a leading firm
- Likely to be around 8 years plus PQE
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial property law.
- Already be working as a Senior Associate or Director
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Proven experience in business development initiatives.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary range of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum.
