Our client is looking to appoint a Real Estate Legal Director to join their growing Leeds team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Director to join a highly rated, growing Real Estate team who advise major corporates on their property portfolios.

Description

The Real Estate Legal Director will deal with a range of work including;

  • Managing and overseeing a variety of commercial property matters.
  • Running your own caseload of work including development, L & T, investment work
  • Providing expert legal advice to clients a range of sectors from retail to logistics.
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ideally demonstrating some of your own contacts.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development of junior team members.

Profile

The successful Real Estate Legal Director should have:

  • A track record in Real Estate gained from a leading firm
  • Likely to be around 8 years plus PQE
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of commercial property law.
  • Already be working as a Senior Associate or Director
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Proven experience in business development initiatives.

Job Offer
