•The appointed candidate will handle a caseload of clinical negligence cases, conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims and liaise with medical professionals and expert witnesses.

•You will be expected to contribute to proactive and commercial case management and progression across the team.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 5+ PQE and experience in handling clinical negligence and litigation Claims in a similar role.
