An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a leading Property Litigation team in Essex.
The Role:
This role is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with NQ-3PQE in property litigation matters, to develop a diverse caseload and work alongside a great team within a collaborative and supportive environment. The position covers a variety of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
- Adverse possession claims.
- Boundary and Party Wall Act disputes.
- Restrictive covenants and easement issues.
You'll handle complex cases, support clients ranging from private individuals to commercial developers, and gain exposure to challenging litigation, including injunctions and tribunal proceedings.
Key Qualifications required:
- Experience in Property Litigation matters, gained during your training contract or as post-qualified experience. Transferable experience and a strong interest in property disputes may also be considered.
- Proactive and commercially aware, with strong negotiation skills.
- Skilled at managing deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively.
- Client-focused with excellent communication skills.
