This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to step into the limelight and join the Southampton office of this expanding Legal 100 law firm.

The team is looking for a Senior Associate/Legal Director level hire with a clear route for career progression, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

The successful candidate will carry out a broad range of banking & finance work as well as growing the team. Acting for major financial institutions, including a number of household names, and will also be involved in marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be advising on mid-market secured lending transactions, including acquisition and leveraged debt, real estate finance and asset financing (that includes an international element).
