Key Responsibilities:
- Assist solicitors and legal executives in the Family Department with case management.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and court forms.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
- Maintain and organize client files and case records.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- No prior experience in family law required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
