We are seeking a high-calibre Banking/Finance lawyer for a major international law firm in the Caribbean. This role will involve advising an enviable, established client base of major corporates banks, funds, and financial institutions on a range of finance matters. You will be acting across a wide range of finance areas, to include, by way of example, funds finance, asset finance, structured finance, as well as core corporate lending matters. Experience across all of these areas is not needed and we will consider finance lawyers with specialist expertise as well as generalist finance lawyers.
You will be a finance lawyer with three to five years' PQE, although we will consider applicants just outside this level. You should be qualified in the UK, Australia, or New Zealand and have current or recent experience in a leading firm. In the UK, we will consider lawyers at major City firms or tier one national practices.
