The Role

As a key member of the Residential Property team, you’ll handle high-value sales, purchases and remortgages of houses and flats, with opportunities to tackle complex matters like lease extensions and the Building Safety Act. As well as mentoring and supervising junior team members, sharing your expertise to help them thrive, you will get involved in building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering realistic and relevant advice. Also participating in business development—writing blogs, attending networking events and showcasing the team's services.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ PQE in residential property law with a proven track record of excellence
A passion for mentoring and supervising others
Sharp attention to detail, exceptional communication, and the ability to tackle complex legal issues with ease
You’re all about understanding and delivering on client needs
