Corporate Lawyer - 6+ PQE - Caribbean

We are looking for a corporate lawyer to join one of our most prestigious clients based in a hugely attractive location. The success and reputation of this heavyweight firm and its Corporate group means that this role is suitable for a lawyer for an ambitious, highly-capable corporate lawyer open to a new challenge overseas.

Key attractions of moving to this jurisdiction include a top City salary with low tax, a superb climate all year round, and a healthy work-life balance with a short commute.

You will be acting on high-value cross-border deals involving clients and contacts all over the globe, with a varied workload focusing on M&A and general corporate work. There will also be work across technology/digital assets, restructuring, capital markets, and corporate finance. Experience in all of these areas is not needed.

You will be a lawyer in a Corporate team at a leading City, international or national law firm and have a stable career history. You will be admitted in England & Wales or Australia or New Zealand. You will ideally have between six and eight years' PQE, however we will consider good applicants outside this level.
