Overview:
- The Corporate team's lawyers are consistently chosen to advise on the most significant corporate transactions involving Irish and international companies.
- Their M&A lawyers advise the firm’s global client base on major M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, many with an international dimension.
- The team have advised on some of the most significant M&A transactions in recent years, representing some of the world’s largest corporates, financial institutions and international private equity groups.
Candidate Requirements:

The Corporate team currently has opportunities at junior and senior level for lawyers to join their award-winning Corporate practice.

You will have experience of working on complex mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Experience gained with a reputable commercial firm in Ireland, London or Overseas.

You will be analytical and detail focused with strong commercial awareness.

You are a collaborative and engaged team player.
You are a good communicator, highly credible, with excellent client facing skills.
