Civil Litigation Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded, coastal firm that has grown to become one of the largest and most diverse in West Sussex and the surrounding area and is now firmly established as a leading South of England law firm.
About the Role
They are now seeking a Civil litigation Solicitor to take on an existing caseload while actively seeking new business opportunities. You will be managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate matters, commercial contracts and business disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt claims and property, building and boundary disputes.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for someone who can provide high-quality legal advice and representation for their clients with minimal supervision. You will need at least 5 years PQE+ and an enthusiastic and hardworking attitude.
