LITIGATION LAWYER

This offshore boutique fields a small but highly respected litigation team, advising on a wide range of disputes spanning everything from high-end commercial and trusts through debt recovery, on-island property disputes and all aspects of private client and estates litigation. It is perhaps the perfect role for someone who thrives on a varied practice and who is attracted by the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, taking responsibility for matters and dealing directly with clients. You will be part of an ambitious and driven team that is at the same time collegiate and friendly in its approach.

Process

Interviews will take place by videoconference with start dates typically around 4-6 months later (depending on your notice period). Our clients provide comprehensive assistance with visas and relocation.

Requirements

You will need at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience, and you will be qualified in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa). Some experience of/a keen interest in advocacy is required as you will be involved in court work.
