My client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a part-time Employment Solicitor to join its team in Clifton Moor. Working closely with the Senior Solicitor, you will manage a high-quality caseload, covering areas such as:

• Employment contracts
• Discrimination claims
• Disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Settlement agreements
• TUPE guidance
• Unfair dismissal claims
• Employment Tribunals
• Reorganisations and redundancies

As the ideal candidate, you will:

• Have a solid background in Employment Law, be a fully qualified Employment Solicitor, and be able to hit the ground running
