As a Health and Safety Solicitor, this is a unique opportunity to become a specialist in this fascinating area of law to work in one of the country's leading SHE Regulatory teams representing various corporate clients, to include on one of the country's most significant corporate manslaughter investigations which is also likely to feature a super-inquest.

Description
As a Health and Safety Solicitor your duties will include:
- Provide legal advice on health and safety matters to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings
- Manage and resolve health and safety related disputes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Stay up to date with changes in health and safety laws
- Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team
- Contribute to the development of health and safety policies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the organisation
Profile
A successful 'Health and Safety Solicitor' should have between 2-5 years experience in health and safety or transferable skills from criminal law. Please note the level of experience identified in the advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
