Construction Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a top UK firm in its highly regarded construction practice. The team is a highly reputable, full-service construction law group, providing transactional advice as well as guidance on dispute avoidance and resolution related to large-scale construction and engineering projects both in the UK and internationally.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Have at least 3 years PQE
• Demonstrate experience of contentious construction work, and in particular working on both UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation and/or arbitration and other forms of dispute avoidance / resolution (mediation, expert determination etc.)
• Strong academics.
• Ability to give practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
