A well-established Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Company/Commercial Solicitor in their Cheltenham office. The Role
Handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts such as NDAs, licenses, agency, distribution, joint venture, and franchise agreements; managing business and partnership transactions; advising on director and shareholder matters like agreements, exits, share transfers, investments, and corporate resolutions; overseeing corporate governance, company secretarial tasks, and constitutional issues; conducting share dealings; and addressing banking and finance needs, including loan agreements, security documents, securitisations, and note issuances.
Who
You will have at least three years of post-qualification experience and a proven track record in handling all aspects of general company and commercial work, including a basic working knowledge of employment law. You should be capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently and cost-effectively with minimal supervision. You will also demonstrate an ability and willingness to collaborate with the existing team to develop and attract new business while also assisting and supporting partners and senior team members.
