A highly regarded and multi-accredited law firm in South Yorkshire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor to join its Private Client department at partner level, based in its Sheffield office. This role offers excellent flexibility, with the firm providing a fantastic hybrid working policy.

Key Responsibilities:

This position offers significant flexibility, allowing you to take on a variety of key tasks, including:

• Estate planning
• Drafting of wills
• Trust administration
• Managing non-contentious probate and estate administration
• Overseeing lasting and enduring powers of attorney
• Handling Inheritance Act claims

At the Partner level, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the management of the team, collaborate closely with the department head, and assist in mentoring junior team members.
