An exciting opportunity for a 1+ years PQE Family Solicitor to handle a variety of cases. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, providing expert advice and representation on a range of family law matters.

Description

The Family Solicitor will be involved in the following:

• Manage a diverse caseload including divorce, separation and children matters.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Participate in business development and marketing activities to grow the family law department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law.
• Develop strong relationships with clients.

Profile

The successful Family Solicitor should have:

• 1+ years PQE
• Experience managing a caseload of family law matters.
• Strong knowledge of family law and the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
