Corporate Lawyer-3-4 PQE-rated, growing firm in Caribbean

We have direct instructions on this new role with an ambitious, growing and collegiate Caribbean law firm. Our client has strengths in various practice areas including corporate, capital markets and disputes. They are now seeking to grow their transactional/advisory practice further with the strategic hire of a capable England and Wales (or other Commonwealth-qualified) Corporate lawyer to act on a broad, interesting workload of corporate/M&A/finance matters.

This position offers excellent career prospects and full support and client contact opportunities to aid your development. As mentioned, the role will be broad-based, including cross-border M&A and corporate finance, joint ventures, general corporate matters, and banking/finance. Please note that you do not need experience in all of these areas.

We would be keen to hear from corporate lawyers with a stable career history and experience in a rated City, West End or top-tier regional firm. If you have offshore firm experience this would be welcome but is not essential. You should have between three and four years' PQE, although we will consider good applicants just outside this level.

This position offers a high City-level salary at low tax plus a comprehensive benefits package.
