I am working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join one of the most highly regarded firms in the Warwickshire / Coventry area and build out a new employment department in the firm, with the backing and support of the senior leadership team.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to immediately step into a head of department role, and have an immediate impact by building out a team at one of the most well established firms in the region. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to choose any particular area of employment law to grow into, whilst also taking on a small immediate caseload of settlement agreements and general advisory matters for the firms high quality corporate client base.
A willingness to engage in business development activities is a must, as is the ability to multitask, supervise junior employees and take on an active caseload.
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
