I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to join an established and friendly firm in their Leamington Office. My client are looking for someone that can provide top service to their client base and assist on a number of conveyancing transactional matters including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers
- Equity Release
My client have a fantastic reputation in the local communities, and therefore providing an efficient and friendly service is crucial. Candidates need not be qualified, but will have a demonstrable history of dealing with a range of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
