Conveyancing Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancing solicitor to join a busy, dynamic and supportive multi-office law firm. This is a full-time permanent role to be based in the firm’s Lichfield office.

The role

As a residential conveyancer within this team, you will be provided with plenty of support in terms of administrative/paralegal and secretarial. You will be given a caseload of matters from the outset and must have the ability to develop on existing client relationships. The caseload will consist of sales, purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and re-mortgage.

The person

Our client is seeking a conveyancer with at least 5 years’ experience running your own caseload and some management or mentoring experience. You will be able to hit the ground running on an array of matters with limited supervision and have an excellent track record of managing and developing relationships.
