This role sits within the firm's larger Real Estate Group, but the role will be to work as part of the Portfolio Management team. The Real Estate team covers every aspect of commercial real estate – from development and investment to construction, planning, and dispute resolution. The firm works with top-tier clients, including property developers, health trusts, government bodies, and institutions across the UK and internationally.

The role will include:

• Manage a personal caseload of complex landlord and tenant/asset management matters, primarily for landlord clients, with some tenant-side work
• Coordinate instructions and workflow for key client accounts, including assessing instructions and delegating tasks to the appropriate team members
• Supervise junior fee earners on simpler landlord and tenant matters, guiding them through transactions from start to finish
• Provide line management for paralegals and trainee solicitors, supporting their growth into qualified fee earners
