LAW Absolute is working with a global law firm whose leverage finance team is looking for an experienced lawyer with a string leverage finance background to join them on an interim basis for at least 6 months starting in the New Year.
- The role will involve supporting on all loan finance and acquisition and leverage finance deals. Experience of leveraged and acquisition finance of other lending structures such a private credit and unitranch, gained either in-house or private practice would be ideal. You will also have experience of cross border transactions, LMA documentation and other complex legal documentation.
The team is highly ranked in chambers and partners for their global loans work . You will join a collaborative and collegiate team and support them on a range of global transactions.
