A successful law firm in south London is growing its residential conveyancing team with a new hire!
We welcome applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers.
This team is made up of many skilled conveyancers and well-trained support staff, and is run by a well-known partner with a strong reputation in their market.
Properties you will handle range in value from £500k flats to multi-million-pound houses.
As a Residential Conveyancer, your caseload will include:
- Freehold and Leasehold
- Sales and Purchases
- Mortgages and Remortgages
- First Time Buyers
- Transfer of Equity
