Day to day...

• Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Maintain effective communication with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders, providing exceptional service
• Utilise the in-house case management system, adhering to firm protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards

Your skills... 

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial property fee earner role (all levels considered)
• Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and business targets
• Experience using Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT submissions
• Solid understanding of processes, anti-money laundering legislation, and regulatory compliance
