Corporate Solicitor (Associate) – Bristol
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor at Associate Level (3–5 PQE) to join a dynamic and ambitious Legal 100 law firm in Bristol, working closely beside a highly regarded Partner with an impressive client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Corporate Solicitor, collaborating closely with clients in a quasi "in-house" capacity
- Provide robust support in M&A transactions, demonstrating a strong technical background
- Transition seamlessly between advisory and transactional responsibilities
The Role:
- Work directly with a Senior Partner, managing a diverse range of international corporate clients
- Operate as an integral part of clients’ teams, liaising with finance, commercial and HR departments
- Deliver expert advice across the spectrum of corporate transactions
