Construction Associate

Growth and continued success of this firm’s Construction team has given rise to a new opportunity for an Associate at the mid to senior level.  The firm’s clients are highly varied including Tech, Retail, Real Estate, Developers and Blue Chips and work will be varied. The successful candidate will support a small partner-lead team and advise on construction documentation for developers, contractors and project owners.  Matters will include varied development schemes in both the UK and EMEA and energy work.                

The work and position will suit an ambitious Associate with at least 2 years’ PQE and candidates at the mid to senior level are also welcome to apply. Strong technical experience of JCT and construction forms of contract is required to handle work independently although support is on hand for the team’s highly ranked senior team.
