In-house Legal Counsel: Corporate Team

Your new role
Support the Head of Legal and General Counsel by providing legal and regulatory advice to senior management, committees, internal departments, and subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:

• Set targets and standards with the Head of Legal.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters to various internal teams.
• Assist with drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts.
• Advise senior management and committees.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-department projects.
• Communicate progress regularly with clients and management.
• Instruct and manage external legal advisers as needed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced in:

• Providing legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Handling cross-department and multi-stakeholder projects
• 1-3 PQE as a guideline only
