Description

The Interim Legal Counsel will be:

• Leading on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, including procurement, IT, and service agreements.
• Advising on healthcare law, including regulatory compliance, inquests, and governance.
• Supporting charity governance, data protection, and risk management.
• Supporting with property, employment, intellectual property law, and insurance claims.
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to align legal strategies with business goals.

Profile

The Interim Legal Counsel should be:

• A Solicitor with 2-10 PQE, confident in handling commercial contracts.
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in advising across multiple legal disciplines and capable of managing diverse responsibilities.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
