Private Client Partner/Solicitor Opportunity – Surrey (Equity Available)

A respected practice in Surrey is offering a rare opportunity for a Private Client Partner/Solicitor, with the potential for equity in one to two years.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage a team of solicitors and legal executives, ensuring effective performance and team growth
• Achieve performance targets to contribute to continued success
• Develop new business opportunities by attending networking events and collaborating with other partners
• Manage a diverse caseload, including wills, probate, tax, trusts and LPAs

You will work alongside a highly experienced team of Partners who have deep ties to the local area and established networks to support business development.

This firm is known for its flexible, client-centred approach and its culture of celebrating success.

Requirements: 

• 5-10+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor
• Experience in managing teams and driving business development
• Extensive experience in private client matters (wills, probate, trusts, etc)
