I have been instructed by a top firm in Warwickshire that are looking to bring on a Corporate Solicitor to their highly rated team. My client are looking for an experienced and team-oriented professional to take on a varied caseload within the corporate department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most respected teams in the Warwickshire / Coventry area and play a key role in the future of the firms growth plans.
The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:
- Business and company acquisitions and disposals
- Company restructuring and reorganisation
- Shareholder issues
- IP advice
- Advising on finances and banking
- Contract negotiations and drafting
- Terms and Conditions
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
Flexible working options on offer - part time hours may be discussed
