Property Paralegal

My client, a prestigious Legal 500 firm in Coventry, is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in either residential or commercial property to contribute to a thriving practice while advancing their career in a supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of residential conveyancing and commercial property transactions
• Conduct property searches, prepare and review documentation and liaise with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders
• Support fee earners in the progression of files, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies
• Attend client meetings and provide updates on transaction progress

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing or commercial property department is required
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
