For this role, we are looking to appoint an experienced file handler to the credit hire team.
Responsibilities include,
  • Handle a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
  • Responsible for small claims, fast track and exposure to multi track
  • Collecting evidence, witness statements and court hearings
  • Running a litigated caseload of claims
  • Submitting claims to the MOJ/OIC Portal
For this role, we are looking for experienced candidates with the following criteria,
  • 2+ years of experience at a law firm
  • Experience as a file handler for a litigated caseload
  • Experience in running a caseload of RTA to credit hire files
  • Ability to run fast to multi track cases
